Due to the higher location of Villa Aliki, our guests have a superb view of the sea, the magnificent mountains and the village of Mirtos A small complex, very complete and well taken care off. Exists out of 2 units, each having 2 large 3-room apartments surrounded with a beautiful garden. Due to the higher location of Villa Aliki, our guests have a superb view of the sea, the magnificent mountains and the village of Mirtos. The shops, restaurants, boulevard and beach are situated at approx. 100-250 meters and can be reached by means of a donkey trail. The complex can be reached by car as well via an asphalt- road. Using this road, the facilities are at about 400 meter distance.
All apartments have a cosy colourful living room with sitting area, with room to put an extra bed for a 5th person if necessary. The open kitchen is large and fully equipped, with for example: microwave, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, fridge (separate door for freezing and refrigerating) and a lot of kitchen tools. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The spacious terraces all have furniture.

Summarized: very quiet new apartments with unique location, view and furniture. A very wanted first-class accommodation.

The spacious terraces have chairs, a table, an umbrella and sunbeds. The 3 room-apartment on the second floor has 3 balconies and a terrace. The 4 room- apartment has a terrace and 2 balconies.
The apartments have television with satellite, ventilators and all have a safebox (hireable). All the apartments have air-conditioning, the use of this has to be paid locally.

Conclusion: Situated in a quiet environment, beautiful apartments, unique because of their position, view and interior. A wanted accomodation with class.

There is also a possibility to stay in wintertime in one of our private-houses and of course Villa Myrthe.
